- Make sure you used the correct email: Check if you entered the email you used during the purchase.

How can I use the token?
To use your token, follow the steps below:
- Find your token: Check the email you received after the purchase.
- Go to the platform: Open the eSmartComp login page.
- Enter the token: Fill in the token in the corresponding field along with your email.
- Complete the process: Click “Login” to access the platform.
Can I reuse the token?
Each token is unique and can be used only once.
However, if you have started the test and for any reason (e.g., power outage, page refresh) did not complete it, the system will maintain your progress for 24 hours.
After the expiration of 24 hours, your token will expire and you will not be able to continue the test.
